Because the materials we use are natural, they cannot be mass produced at will. Therefore, some materials are difficult to source when our supply is low. All our pieces are handmade-to-order and availability can be limited. Also be aware that because our jewelry is made with natural materials, please expect some variations which will make your piece unique.


Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please return the items in the condition you received them within 14 days from the date of invoice for an exchange or refund in the form in which you made your purchase. Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. Pieces which arrive after 14 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders are considered a final sale and are non-refundable or returnable. Shipping Policy
Oders will be processed with 7-14 days providing the item is available. If the item you order is unavailable it will be shipped within 3-4 weeks of the order date, as each piece is handmade.

An 8.25% sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped within the state of California.
